This is the moment we’ve been building for!
The framework’s nearly complete. The foundation is laid. We get to pull levers now!
I took some time to reflect on what’s been built. When I first challenged myself to do this build, I was honestly nervous - can I do this? (It is not fun to walk the world with imposter syndrome 0/10 do not recommend.)
💡 Actionable Tip
Look beyond your “GTM team.” Start with this question instead:
Who contributes to revenue growth in our company?
Hint: It’s not just sales and marketing. It’s onboarding. Product. CX. Partnerships. Even Ops and Finance. Everyone works, even behind the scenes, on supporting growth.
Now ask: what systems do they have in place to learn from each other?
If the answer is “Slack messages” you’ve got work to do. LEVERAGE is how you fix that.
Where The Rubber Meets the Road
When I first started this build the most surprising part was that I already had what I needed, most was already built. And tested. Client folders. Google Drive. My laptop. Even some rogue thumb drives. It was all there, just scattered and buried.
And once I started organizing it, refreshing it, anonymizing it… I realized how much was still locked in my head. That muscle memory stuff. The “this is just what I do” stuff. Things that never got documented because I didn’t have a reason or a need to.
Now it’s all in one place. Systematized. Productized. Something I should have done years ago. I’m almost done and I feel accomplished, but also a bit bored. How weird is that?!?
Because here’s the funny part: it’s not some shiny new toy. It’s just… my work. The same work I’ve always done, now built to scale.
I’m happy to be organized, I’m happy to walk people through it and have them also see the journey. I’m definitely happy not to build everything from scratch or have to remember - who did I do this for previously?
For the people I work with, the system is all about this. Let’s pull some levers, build more pipeline and make some money!
That’s why this phase, LEVERAGE, matters so much. It’s where strategy becomes systems. Where all the big thinking turns into daily action. This is your journey from good to great.
This is where the rubber meets the road.
Feeling stuck between planning and progress? Book an Alignment Scan.
LEVERAGE doesn’t mean “move fast and break things.” It means move fast because you’re aligned and have a roadmap planned.
If you’ve got goals but no system for hitting them, this is your first step.
Coming Thursday:
We’ll walk through the exact tools we built this week. Sales playbooks, partner guides, CS frameworks, coaching programs, prompt libraries, internal training systems… all of it.
And I’ll give you one free tool. Honestly, this week it was hard to pick just one.
