It’s one of the core reasons why I do what I do in the way that I do it. I spent some time as a coach and consultant and one of the reasons I walked away from that work - a mentor told me that I should infiltrate a client and hope they forget I’m not actually an employee.
It’s one of the reasons why consulting gets a bad rap. A consultant trying to stick around forever. I also see a lot of big
expensive decks that you only look at once - good luck implementing anything.
I want nothing to do with that. I want to see what works and what doesn’t, build strategies for next level growth, and get out of your way.
We initially engage because I believe what got you here won’t get you there. And I take my own medicine.
That’s why this phase includes something I don’t see elsewhere:
A playbook for outgrowing me.
How to know when it’s time for your next-next level. How to keep your growth system intact while you build what’s next. How to make sure the momentum you worked so hard for doesn’t get lost in the shuffle.
Feeling like your team is ready to expand, but not sure if the foundation is solid enough?
The Alignment Scan is a short, no-pressure call where we walk through what’s working, what’s not, and what needs attention before you go bigger.
If you’re thinking about leveling up—new markets, new products, new hires—this is the gut check that can save you months of wasted effort.
And as I was building this, my GPT actually resurfaced a client project I’d completely forgotten about, an expansion framework I built last year ago that turned out to be exactly what I needed to finish this phase.
That’s why this work matters.
If I hadn’t committed to getting everything out of my head and organized, that framework would have stayed buried. A one-and-done.
Instead, it’s now part of something bigger. This is what sets you (and me) apart. This is the phase that isn’t easily Googleable or ChatGPT’d.
And I can’t wait to see what people build with it.
Actionable Tip: Spot the Cracks Before You Scale
Before you plan the big leap, ask each of your leaders:
What’s one thing that will definitely break if we double in size?
This question alone will show you if you’re ready to expand, or still shoring up the basics.

EXPAND is where the system becomes yours. This is where we take everything we’ve built for you and get very custom on what the next steps look like. This is the most customized phase of my framework - on my end it’s facilitator notes more than tools, templates and workshops.
There’s nothing I can give you that would make sense on its own. So all of this work is reserved for clients.
I can, however, point you to the tools we’ve built along the way that prepare you for this work.

What’s Next?
I’ll walk you through exactly what we built to help founders and GTM leaders step into that next level. It’s coming after the holiday weekend, when you’re rested and ready for action.
How to know you’re ready. What to look for. And how to keep what’s working, while you go build something even better.
Real builders don’t stay in maintenance mode forever. They outgrow what used to work.
If you’re the kind of leader who refuses to coast on last quarter’s wins—share this with your team or your network.
Because playing bigger starts with knowing exactly where you stand.
